Each year Hired hosts their largest integrate campaign to go alongside with the launch of their State of Wage Inequality in the Workforce Report. For the 2019 campaign, the events team came up with the theme of #NothingLess. #NothingLess is based on a Susan B. Anthony quote, “Men their rights, and nothing more; women, their rights, and nothing less.” As a team, we wanted to take one elevate this year’s campaign from the previous year. We released a micro documentary that shares stories and experience with the wage gap of seven women. Along with the micro documentary, we hosted two main events in San Francisco and New York City. My role as lead designer for the events, I was part of the initial concept process for the different stages for the events and also created all print collaterals. From a wooden donation token to our event’s pamphlet, I was responsible for designing each key items that was needed for our event.
